Due to continued expansion, Business I.T. Solutions have an exciting new opening for an Inside Sales Representative to join the growing Team. A full-time role, based in Kilkenny head-office.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in a fast paced, I.T. Sales environment. Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing, and part of the Inside Sales Team. The Inside Sales Representative will deal with procurement, clients I.T. sales enquiries and sales support. The candidate will work closely with all members of the Inside Sales and Field Sales team as well as the leadership team and 3rd party providers to assist in the smooth running of the department overall. The successful candidate will:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Assisting sales executives in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Providing product knowledge to clients during the sales process.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads, qualifying prospects, and updating the CRM system with relevant information
  • Product Knowledge: Developing an understanding of the IT Managed Service offerings, staying updated with industry trends, and effectively communicating the value proposition to clients
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and delivery of services.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in ordering goods from suppliers and recording all purchases in line with internal purchasing procedures
  • Continuous Learning: Keeping up to date with industry developments, attending relevant training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and knowledge. On the job training will be a key part of this role.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and strong IT skills a distinct advantage.
