We are BITS South East Limited an Irish incorporated company (“we”, “us”, “our”) and we are located at Second Floor, The Smithlands Centre, Loughboy, Kilkenny, R95 E44N, Ireland.

We are continually seeking to improve our services and to ensure that all information on the Site is up to date (although it cannot guarantee that this will always be the case). Accordingly, we reserve the right, and at our sole discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site at any time and without prior notice to You. Use of the Site

Using the site for the purposes of browsing and availing of our services is permitted. In the case of any paid services, you are permitted to avail of such services where you have paid the relevant fee and signed the relevant accompanying contract for services. Any other use of the content and software on the Site, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of the content on the Site without our express permission, is strictly prohibited.

  • any other loss or damage in an amount exceeding €50.00 (fifty Euro) in the 12 months preceding the date on which such liability arose. These Terms and Conditions contain the full and complete understanding between the parties and supersedes and replaces all prior arrangements, terms, representations and understandings whether written or oral relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
