We can, through these partnerships, provide you with an internet connection and in the event of a problem arising, we will liaise with the provider to get the problem resolved. And, because of having the partnership in place, we usually have a faster response time to issues that arise – so you benefit from us taking on the management of the service AND you get a faster response in the event of an issue arising.

In addition, we work with our partners to also provide failover internet services. The main principal of a failover link is to achieve Internet connection redundancy; in the event of your primary connection failing, a second, alternative connection is ready to take over.

When it comes to your Internet connection, it makes sense to have a backup connection if you are a business that depends on Internet uptime.
