At BITS, our clients are heavily dependent on their computer network and IT systems for their day-to-day operations. In order to support them adequately and comprehensively, we offer businesses like yours a variety of support contract options.

In order to minimise your downtime in the event of an IT issue arising, we provide a service agreement that guarantees fast, reliable & professional assistance.

Under our support contracts, if you experience a critical issue, we provide Remote Support and telephone technical support immediately while also delivering a guaranteed 4 hour emergency response.

We also offer a “full cover” contract that usually lasts for 12 months. During that time, if you have any issue with your IT, you simply call us and we will fix it for you. It’s that simple!

We also offer various other contracts that allow our clients to purchase support time from BITS at a reduced rate and whenever we provide you with IT support (offsite or onsite), we simply debit the time from your pre-purchased time.
