We are BITS South East Limited an Irish incorporated company (“we”, “us”, “our”) and we are located at Second Floor, The Smithlands Centre, Loughboy, Kilkenny, R95 E44N, Ireland.

Using the site for the purposes of browsing and availing of our services is permitted. In the case of any paid services, you are permitted to avail of such services where you have paid the relevant fee and signed the relevant accompanying contract for services. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
